The Corn Exchange in Rochester was buzzing on Friday night as we celebrated this year’s Medway Business Awards. Nicola Everett ,Head of Multi-Media News at The KM Group, hosted the event, which welcomed over 175 finalists and sponsors.
It was a night to remember, filled with entertainment including a three-course sit-down dinner, casino games and a disco.
Eight awards were presented by the sponsors. The Large Business of the Year was awarded to BAE Systems, while the SME of the Year went to AAA Building and Civil Engineers Ltd, based in Strood.
Susan Jennings, Partner at Furley Page Solicitors and chair of the judges for the Medway Business Awards said, “It was another exciting competition this year, and as judges we had a tough job on our hands! We always end up marvelling at the determination, skill and attitude of the business owners and managers that we see during the process.”
